PERSONAL STORIES

READ PERSONAL STORIES

We invite you to read and watch these personal stories to help you better understand how to get started in making your own end-of-life plan, or how to talk to your loved ones about your wishes for your own end-of-life experience.

Hear from people who have made difficult decisions for loved ones without knowing for sure what they wanted, and from others who feel at peace with the choices they made because they knew what their loved one wanted. Be inspired and use them to help you answer those critical questions—what matters to me most? Who should I ask to make health care decisions for me when I can’t? With whom should I share my plan?
