We are facing unprecedented challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Respecting Choices® has developed COVID-19 specific resources that provide guidance for those of us engaging in proactive care planning conversations during this difficult time. During this webinar, Stephanie will discuss the resource toolkit, how to use, and how to have these proactive care planning conversations. We will also address questions shared by attendees on care planning during the spread of the Coronavirus. Let’s prepare together!
